 Welcome to another new Design Team Member!

Hello! I’m Diana and I’m 43 years old and I live in Northern VA, USA with my husband Chris, 13- year old son Aidan, and our little Mocha dog. I work full-time as a Contracts Manager for an Aerospace Company that works with the Government.  I was always into crafts but when my son was born I started getting into scrapbooking and then a friend introduced me to cardmaking and it was love at first sight.  I love that you can make beautiful cards in the fraction of a time of scrapbooking and impact receiving a handmade card has on the receiver (we don’t get enough “happy mail” these days!).  My style is clean and simple and since I have a house full of boys I tend to make quite a few “dude cards.”  I became a Stampin’ Up! I began paper-crafting in 1998 after I “retired” to raise my two youngest children, doing memory-keeping, and then started stamping a few years later. I am married to my husband, Aly, for 29 years and have four beautiful adult kids. I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan since 2003. My interests have varied over the years with a few crafts beyond stamping and memory keeping, with photography, reading and travel also thrown in the mix. With my youngest child now away at college, it is a great time to be creative, and do something I truly love.  My biggest interest will always be my family and will always be grateful that they are a part of my life. Hello! My name is Valérie, I am 37 years old and I live in Switzerland with my husband Benjamin and my three guinea pigs Jinxie, Ayla and Vaila. I work part-time at a law firm as an all-rounder but my real passion is cardmaking and scrapbooking. My style is clean and simple and I love cute stamps.
