For this past week’s challenge we had so many great manly cards.  It was difficult to select the best but the following were above the cut.  Congratulations to our artist picks!

Father’s Day (Masculine) Theme Challenge #70

This week at Hand Stamped Sentiments it’s about celebrating Dad or the special guy in your life.  I know! I know! I can hear some grumbles out there because these type of projects can be difficult to create! No worries!  We’re here to inspire and to give you a few tips on how to create a masculine card.  Although the Design Team uses Stampin' Up! products, please use any brand you have on-hand. We’re here to inspire and have fun!

Sometimes taking a feminine card you like and making a few changes you can transform it into something more manly.

• Switch the focal point.  For example change a flower to a mode of transportation (like a truck, motor cycle, car or plane, etc.)
• Switch the sentiment.  By selecting a  less feminine sentiment you can transform you project. 
• Switch the accents,  Using twine instead of ribbon, map not flowers or use staples not rhinestones. 

Rules and Deets:

• You may use ANY BRAND of products to create your project.
• Use keyword HSSMT when uploading to public galleries.
• We would appreciate a link back to our HSS site.
• Incorrect links are not eligible and will be deleted.
• INLINKZ will close at noon (CST) Monday, June 13th
• Artist Picks will be announced on Tuesday, June 14th
